In order to give the integration of IT system into full play and promote SAGW digital transformation, SAGW organized IT project launch meeting on June 14th. Mr. Qian Xiangyang, SAGW general manager and Westernacher partner/China & Asia Pacific CEO signed the strategic partnership agreement with the attendance of SAGW party and executive leadership, relevant business managers and delegates from Westernacher and Hande.

By learning from standardized system architecture and business process of automotive component industry, IT personnel incorporated each business into ERP (enterprise resource planning system), SRM (supplier relationship management), SNC (supply network collaboration), WMS (warehouse management system), MES (manufacturing execution system), BPM (business process management) and APP (application platform) to ensure smooth data communication throughout all business sectors. The synchronous implementation of multisystem was achieved based on SAGW leadership’s years support and IT staff’s practical experience, best practice in automotive component industry and introduction of standardized procedure as well as cooperation with IT strategic collaborative partner.
